Leanne Antoine is the founder of Distinct Wellness, based at Battlers Green Farm, Radlett. She is a Chartered Physiotherapist with nearly two decades of clinical experience and holds a MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Advanced Physiotherapy.

A mum of two who had children later in life, Leanne uniquely appreciates the transitions of the female body and brings empathy, resilience, and practical guidance to every rehabilitation and fitness journey. By background a gymnast and dancer, she has collaborated with gymnasts, rugby clubs including Tabard Rugby, Tring Park Ballet Club, and Arsenal Reserve and First Team, translating high-performance training into accessible strategies for everyday wellbeing. Leanne’s passion for understanding movement drives a holistic approach to care, blending advanced assessment, hands-on manual therapy, and tailored exercise programs to optimise function, mobility, and resilience.

Alex is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience. He provides the full spectrum of TCM therapies, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, traditional massage (tuina), and cupping, all delivered with a careful, patient-centered approach.

Alex’s specialism is women’s health, with broad knowledge of fertility issues, IVF support, menstrual problems, and menopause, guiding patients through natural and integrative pathways to balance and well-being. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, combining safe, evidence-informed practice with clear explanations of what to expect.

Alex emphasises listening to your goals, explaining options, and coordinating with other healthcare providers when appropriate to ensure cohesive care. Rebecca specialises in the treatment of anxiety, phobias, trauma and depression but also treats a wide range of conditions like smoking, weight loss, bereavement, sleep problems and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, OCD and low self-esteem.

Simone is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of NHS experience across surgical, haematology and oncology care. She qualified in 2008 and developed a specialty in advanced IV therapy and injectable treatments while working at University College London Hospital (UCLH).

Bringing these skills to S&A Aesthetics, she combines clinical excellence with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach.
